To add on to the diagnosis, I couldn't access McAfee at all so I installed Malwarebytes and ran the virus scanner three times and restarted the computer. All the viruses appear to be quarantined, but I still can't access McAfee to turn the virus protector back on and all the ads still pop up on Google.
