I have Win32/Dynamer!ac trojan in my Recovery partition

I have the exact same issue, Microsoft Security Essentials detected the win32/dynamer!ac trojan in the same file/location. It is an HP running windows 7, service pack 1. Would love to know for sure if this is a false positive.
