Com Surrogate Problem from Upgrading 2 Window 10

Experiencing some issues with my pc from upgrading to window 10 it starting too slow when i open a program especially when playing a video in my SMPlayer Media Player.. so i check my task manager and saw a lot of consumption of CPU and Memory of this called com surrogate..

Tried everything to fix this problem but nothing works..
