I have tried just about everything to remove this default search engine from Chrome. I have removed the Chrome User, ran safe-mode, used all the ANTI-Malware tools listed above, and uninstalled all programs except for the bare essentials in Windows. This thing is a bruiser - how do I undo the "setting enforced by administrator" for the omnibox in chrome. I'm out of ideas.
