Chrome.exe*32 slowing system down

I purchased my acer computer in November 2014. I started noticing problems with speed in March. I have MacAfee Antivirus. One day I opened task manager and I noted I had 10 chrome.exe*32 running and I'm not sure what to do about it. I've tried several basic searches to find out info about it and I can't seem to get rid of it. I don't know what else is making my computer so slow w browsing.
