Chrome Secure Preferences File Keeps Getting Corrupted

Hello,
For some reason I keep getting adware on my computer. I ran an AdwCleaner scan and deleted everything that came up, but it can't seem to get rid of one file. The Secure Preferences file in Chrome keeps getting edited by something, and I cannot figure out what. Here's how the file showed up in AdwCleaner:
When I select clean, it goes through its process, restarts my computer, but the file is still there when I run it again. I've tried manually...
