Popup infection that I just cannot get rid of, followed other threads already

Thanks in advance for looking at the logs from FRST. I had a look through and corrected the hijacked DNS but not sure what else to do. I have run every scan in the book and comes back clear. At first I did have programs to remove etc. but now its a ghost. IE Reset doesn't even work, something blocks it best I can tell as my homepage is not reset even though it should be.
