Hi I have had infections on my computer and have removed the best I can. Still running slow and the mouse is acting erratically. Webpages jump to the bottom of the page and the computer is randomly freezing.

I don't think it is completely clean yet.

Probably typed too much in the above boxes, apologies for that, not sure what to leave out from there. If this fails to work, I'm going to pull the nuclear option and do a System Restore on my computer. As I've just gotten it back, the only thing I lose is the time in downloading my games/updates/drivers back on it as I've had it back for less than a week.

hello,

i am really desperate. I have problems with redirections shaibaoj.com ... and some chinese recepise redirections. I have tried to clean stuff with at least 10 programs but unsucessfully. I also formated computer , but problem did survive !!!

its a little better when i use public wifi, but when i use private router/modem its almost impossible to surf over the internet...

Please help me

I have tried every method the internet has suggested me. Have downloaded malwarebyes,adwcleaner,hitmanpro, emsisoft, spyhunter, reghunter, and have removed a lot of viruses but spyhunter detects go.padsel.com which i cannot remove since i can't buy their product. I think because of this virus i keep getting redirected to sites like alibaba.com, lazada, etc. whenever i click anywhere from websites from time to time which is pretty annoying. What can I do to resolve this issue? Need a little...

Many of the web pages I visit have popups; very annoying as I have tried everything to remove them with no luck. Have downloaded many, many suggested tools with no luck. My specific example is

This is a web page I visit daily and each click I make a 2 pop ups appear; one in the center of the page and the other at he bottom righthand corner. Each and every click and change of page within this page makes popups appear. I am using Firefox and cannot get rid of them.

Hey all,

My first post here and I'll start off with my unexpected, depressing story.

First off I must say I am panicking and depressed because my laptop caught a nasty virus, DNS, the nastiest of nastiest viruses.

Being the piano nerd I am, I tried to download some piano sheets for my next project. Usually, I find one, download it, and print it, but this particular one was a bit weird but being very stupid, I proceeded to download the "music." Unfortunately, it slowed down my device...

I have noticed that my problem is the same as the other people are experiencing. I am getting redirected to various chinese cooking pages by en.shaibaoj.in and the websites I visit start to load but after a few seconds turn to white background. I am new in here so I won't write everything I have mentioned above. I hope that somebody will be able to help me, because I believe you are professionals. By the way, I will also upload the files you have requested before asking for help.

I'm hoping I could get some help on some brutal malware i have. I can barely use the browser without getting popups every time I click on anywhere in the browser. Where I click doesn't even have to be a link or picture, it just creates a new tab with one of the urls in the title flashing for 2 seconds or so and then sending me to some advertisement page for a company that seems to relate to what I recently searched. ran malwarebytes chameleon from the safe mode because couldn't get any other way to run and it found 68 issues. quarantined them and deleted them. restarted computer and google chrome just hangs when trying to load. Cannot get any internet connection.

I should also probably add that this may have something to do with my university;

Due to the start of a new semester, the WiFi service is messed up- so I took steps to "restart" or "reinstall" the university WiFi. Namely, they had a file which I downloaded for Windows 7 specifically to make the setup automatic.

I have a program called "Kodi"; In this program there is a feature where by I can watch live NHL hockey. I had to run Malwarebytes when I tried to download a fireplace for a screen saver on my TV. I got a load of malware. Now after running Malwarebytes to clean out over 500 threats and then a bunch more the second time running Malwarebytes. Hello everyone,

About two weeks ago I re-install my OS and while I haven't finish the setup with AdBlock and the likes, I mis-click on an advertisement and since then I've got this annoying newpoptab malware always redirecting my links to this one
