dllhost.exe*32 COM Surrogate running really high CPU and won't go away

I read several other threads about this dllhost.exe*32 COM Surrogate virus and took several precautions to get rid of it and it still runs up my CPU and shows up about 30 times in the task manager. If I end the process it just shows up again. I went ahead and downloaded the Farbar tool and am copying the FRST report below.
