GoSave and Next Coup Malware issue

So I have somehow accidentally installed the GoSave malware, and in my naive attempt to uninstall it from my computer have inadvertently installed Next Coup. I've tried uninstalling and restarting, and of course that does not work. I've also tried the MalwareBytes Anti Malware program, but that has not done a thing either. I pretty much cannot use the internet right now; there are too many pop ups and redirections to other malicious websites. I've attached the FRST files requested.
