NextCoup and PriceChop extensions in Google Chrome

This seems to be a common issue, but my machine seems to have been infected by a bunch of adware. As per the steps taken above, I ran 3 separate scans, which picked up various things for quarantine or deletion (culminating in HitmanPro picking up some files it labelled as Trojans, which were deleted). Subsequently, all scans have been clean, but I continue to have an issue with these extensions in Google Chrome.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
