dllhost.exe*32 slowing down my computer

Computer was running slow all the time, so I checked process manager and found multiple dllhost.exe*32 COM SURROGATE processes running. I closed them and my computer ran smoother, but they reappear after every reboot and I can't seem to get rid of them.
