URGENT: **AdChoices Hijacking Firefox and Chrome!!! ** What do I do? :(

Hi all,

As I described earlier, AdChoices is wrecking my laptop and is incessantly loading ads on virtually every website I open - both in Chrome and in firefox.
I've tried various spyware and malware removal tools but with little success.

Please help me get rid of it!!!
