dllhost.exe COM surrogate - relentless :)

Hi there. I've seen you guys helping so many others with this same issue with dllhost.exe * 32 com surrogate instances just relentlessly assaulting machnes. I'm hopeful you guys can help me, as I have been unable to do anything on my own.

I saw at another site where folks were recommending that people reformat their hard drives if they have this issue, out of fears that it can open "backdoors" to your computer. Is that accurate?
