Malicious Website Blocked: C:/Windows/SysWOW64/dllhost.exe

I ran a Malwarebytes scan yesterday and have been getting very frequent pop-ups about a malicious website being blocked. The process is always C:/Windows/SysWOW64/dllhost.exe

I'm no expert, but it seemed sneaky and bad, so I looked it up and found myself here - probably a good thing. If you can offer some baby-step advice for someone who is really not terribly skilled at these kinds of things, I would be endlessly appreciative if it means having a squeaky clean machine.
