dllhost.exe*32 file problem

For the past week I have been hearing my PC's processor sound like it was being overworked. I installed windows updates thinking it would help and I noticed multiple instances of dllhost.exe*32 in the task manager.

I downloaded AVG 2015 (free) and when I access the task manager I no longer see any instances of dllhost.exe*32 now I see multiples of chrome.exe*32.

I have attached FRST files...please assist.
