Please help me remove pricechop

Hi Guys,

I need help in removing the pricechop adware. I ran malwarebytes and Avira rootkit and malware without any luck. Removing from Chrome extensions just brings it back when Chrome is restarted.

Please provide me with the next steps to follow.
