Win32/Caphaw Security Alert - Dial 1-800 pop-up

I just can't get this pop-up out .. I ran Windows Security Software, Bit Defender, McAfee, AdwCleaner, Junkware, Malwarebytes, and HitmanPro.

I'm out of ressources ... need your help now
