GoSave Malware + Chrome Extension

Hello TwinHeadedEagle,

My dear friggin' sister downloaded and installed software that came with this GoSave virus thing. Upon realising she had infected the home pc I tried cleaning it in everyway I know but without any good results. The ggosavee chrome extension keeps appearing everytime I start chrome. I've seen you have helped others with this subject, please help me good man.
