After the steps taken I have just all together stopped really using the computer, coming back to it now (a month later) the pop up is still here and upon googling it again (no luck a month ago) it seemed another user on the forum also the same problem and it was solved (Sept 1st). I couldn't copy his steps because it was directly targeted for him. Thank you in advance on the help.
