Windows 8.1 infected with GoSave

Hello,

somehow, my girlfriend contracted the GoSave stuff, and must have allowed it to access something, because there was a charge on her bank account that wasn't her. Windows defender also spotted some viruses the same day of the infection.

Here are some screenshots that might help, although I'm sure the scan says it all.
