My mother clicked on an e-mail link from Delta Airlines which installed some type of virus or malware that is creating multiple dllhost.exe commsurrogate processes that is causing the system to become unresponsive. I have attached an FRST scan log. Hoping someone could create a Fixlog to get rid of whatever is causing this.
