"Security Alert" for Malware.Win32/Caphaw

I would sincerely appreciate any help I could get with this problem.
I have received the "Security Alert" for Malware.Win32/Caphaw.
Running Win 8.1 64 bit. Kaspersky antivirus.
Ran Malwarebytes, found items, fixed.
ADWcleaner, found items, fixed.
Hitman pro, nothing found.
Microsoft malicious software remover, nothing found.

I'm still getting the "Security Alert" popup.
