Can not remove GoSAve extension from chrome

I have tried using guides and multiple software to remove this but nothing seems to work, the extension continues to appear in chrome ( GoSiavee 2.0 ) and i simply can not remove it, please help!
I don't know if it matter, but i have the windows 7 professional operating system.
