Can't get rid of "GoSave".

I have seen various people make a post like this and receiving a specific fix from TwinHeadedEagle for their computer in order to remove GoSave.

Hopefully you will be able to help me too. Thanks in advance, this has been doing my head in and your help will be greatly appreciated TwinHeadEagle !
