Something is blocking me from using every single AV and even searching them on Google Chrome

Pretty much tittle, I think my computer is infected because I can't use my AV and search about them on Chrome, I could delete one archive who was a virus with safe mode but nothing change. Obviusly I can't scan my computer with Malwarabytes, something crashes it.

I did one 'scanner' with FRST.
