Gameharbor webpage opens at startup

Hello,
from about a week ago or so, whenever i turn on the computer and windows is starting up, a chrome webpage gets loaded with gameharbor.org. I also noticed that secondes before the chrome page opens up, theres a cmd command window that opens and closes. i tried removing it with SpyHunter, but it did not work.

I've uploaded here the FRST and Addition files. please help me remove it!
