Go Save (Go SuAVE) Chrome Extension

I erroneously downloaded what now appears to be a program solely meant to carry a virus (Go Save) while trying to fix the 0xc000007 problem that plagues my computer.

I noticed big bold words within the text of websites and then some very obvious pop-ups not from the websites themselves. I uninstalled GoSave and removed it repeatedly from Chrome using the Settings menu.
