Browser hijacker producing random ad pages

Hi
I'd really welcome some help with this. Details as above. I have been through the whole deletion process 3x now, the first time a couple of items (which looked harmless to me) got deleted, but now the whole suite of checks seems to run with no errors found. Nevertheless, about 1 in 4 browser clicks gets one of these ad pages instead of what I was seeking.
