Being redirected to chinese cooking pages by en.shaibaoj.in and websites keep turning white

hello, i am having the same problem on IOS devices with same apple ID. other device works fine. pages load then turn white or get redirected to chines cooking page. some sites don't load at all. i rebooted router several times. hope you have a solution for this, thank you !
