Chrome browser changing to yahoo when opened.

I just got this computer after Thanksgiving and would really love for it not to have messed up so soon. I'm not sure how it happened but would appreciate any help fixing it. I have also followed your preparation guide, attached are the scans and I have changed my preference settings. I look forward to hearing from you!
