Pop-ups & web pages open constantly

Many of the web pages I visit have popups; very annoying as I have tried everything to remove them with no luck. Have downloaded many, many suggested tools with no luck. My specific example is This is a web page I visit daily and each click I make a 2 pop ups appear; one in the center of the page and the other at he bottom righthand corner. Each and every click and change of page within this page makes popups appear. I am using Firefox and cannot get rid of them.
