mark2412 dllhost.exe/COM surrogate problems

Fortunately, only my desktop on the computer seems to be infected. I can run fine on the other user accounts. On mine only, I have a dllhost.exe (NOT *32) process that runs from startup and uses about 40MB memory. Once I use the internet connection, I start spawning multiple dllhost.exe*32 processes that consume most of the CPU and memory (screenshot attached.)

I ran all the tools recommended in the guide: Adwcleaner, tdsskiller, roguekiller, Junkware Removal Tool, Hitman Pro, Emsisoft,...
