cassiopesa removed following directions now cursor is jumping all over

I following im nstuctions in foru

This is a sample of how the typing moves around.

I cleaned with ccleaner, cleaned startup, scan with adaware, malwarebytes, hitmanplus, reset browsers.....followed instructions on forum.

It seems gone now but I cant type a sentence without the cursor jumping around on the the words I type.
