My computer got infected about 13h ago. The virus won't go away. Tried to download AVG but the virus attacked and would not let it run. MSE first detected it and said it got rid of it but it did not. I backed up my files and factory reset but the virus remains. Cannot access chrome or opera browser. Won't let me uninstall certain programs.
