Already scanned with Malwarebytes, Hitman Pro and RogueKiller but file names still missing

I've followed the guide http://malwaretips.com/blogs/file-recovery-virus/ from Malwarebytes to RogueKiller but the shortcuts haven't been restored in my folder. Please help. Thanks.
