No sound after running malwarebytes and FRST log

i ran malwarebytes on my computer to get rid of the infection and after reviewing the items quarantined i noticed that suprasavings was the intruder. once the items were quarantined i did not have access to the internet. i used another computer to look up other occurrences of this happening to others and found this thread, http://malwaretips.com/threads/no-internet-access-after-malware-removal-with-malwarebytes.28891/.
i used FRST and the .txt file provided by twinheadedeagle...
