got this infection a couple weeks ago from a streaming website and it's a computer robot that gives the phone number +1-855-692-9288 saying that we have to call to get it removed. It says it is not advertising but it won't go away when you click the x. It keeps popping up all the time and I can't get it to stop we even ran our Internet Security Trend Micro and it says there's no viruses and I just don't know how to get rid of it.
