Pervasive Safesearch on Chrome - set by administrator

I could tell something fishy was happening when I tried to download a file yesterday, but I couldn't stop it in time. Now I can't get rid of this safesearch, even after resetting my Chrome and running a handful of malware cleansers.

This seems to be the place to come for specific and easy-to-follow advise. Thanks in advance for your help!
