Malware in root kit

I've been having issues with my pc being too slow and sometimes being downright frozen. I downloaded Spybot to see If I could scan the rootkit to find the malware. I confirmed that there is malware but spybot can't delete it and I can't access it. Please help. I'm really tired of having to deal with a virus that won't even let me shut down my pc. initial scan with farbar was done. here are the logs.
