physical memory over 85% always

my system runs very very slow and i have always physical memory over 85% normal more than 90% even when i start the computer. and 5-6 or more chrome.exe*32 when i stat google chrome. i've downloaded FRST64 and i've scaned my computer. here i paste what was the result
