Malicious Web Site Protection from syswow64\dllhost.exe every hour

I finally got some time and annoyed enough at the pop-up messages from Malware Bytes regarding malicious web site protection. I have attached the MB protection log as Mbam_log.txt for review along with the two log file from FRST. I will stand-by to take any additional actions required.
