Win7 "Your computer has been blocked" virus

I ran hitman pro with USB key bad USB boot. The software ran but detected no threat. Virus still present. Tried to run FRST64 through safe mode with command prompt but when I did virus started! So I guess some dll the program uses has been taken over.
