I did everything I could, next step would be re-installing windows but I thought I would give a shot on explaining my problem here, hoping you'll have some insights as I'm not even sure re-installing is a good idea.
I'm usually very carefull, I was so pissed not finding the right software to flash my suspicious fake usb key that I went full of trust downloading quite unreasonnably a software from a site I couldn't even understand one word on...
