Infected with CryptoWall 3.0, removed Virus, but now computer runs slow

I was hit with a ransomware virus, CrytpoWall 3.0. Paid the ransom, used MalwareBytes and believe it removed infection. Decrypted files, but now my computer runs really slow.

It might be unrelated, but the are tons of processes running, using up massive amounts of the CPU. Some examples of these processes are COM Surrogate, DVDUpgrade, Network Access Protection Client UI, UPnP Device Host Container, Windows Media Player Logagnet etc.
