Adware: Arabyonline

hello, 2months ago i noticed my home page is frequently changing into arabyonline and i change it every single time, same is for the search engine in addition to ads and websites popping up all the time, also google chrome was closing by itself while im doing something for example watching a movie.

Please, help me out! I tried everything I can, i managed to get rid of the pop ups and take control of the home page whcih was locked but thats it!
My search engine is still locked to Arabyonline...
