Unable to connect to internet after removing malware

2 days ago my computer started showing adverts on a few websites. I realised it was some form of malware, which turned out to be Supra Saver?

I ran malwarebytes and Spybot to clean the malware but am now unable to get online despite my computer showing I have internet access.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
