alarabeyes.com broswer malware not getting removed

Hi,

My browser (Internet explorer) homepage keeps getting redirected to alarabeyes.com / amazonaws.com. I have tried a lot of solutions that I could find on web forums, such as resetting browser settings, running various anti-malware utilities. The problem however still persists, making me wonder if Formatting is the only option.
