Link redirect issue

It started as a link redirect (I think) but is now opening windows when I click on the browser background, on a link, or when I am trying to select a search box or similar. I have run the Malware Tips "remove browser redirect virus" steps and nothing has changed, even though it seems to have found several things.

I am not sure if I ran an aswMRB scan, but I can't find the scan through the link.

I would love some help figuring this out!
