I need help with my computer

My computer all of a sudden is slower and i did install some windows updates and now i have programs randomly running
Here is a list
-Windows installer
-Console host
-notepad
-Conhost
-Windows Presentation Foundation host
I have never seen them run before and i know they are windows services

Things i have tried to do.
-Boot in safeMode run Malwarebytes...
